These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tussna application (the "App") — an NCLEX flashcard preparation tool. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 17 years of age and agree to these Terms.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the App, attempt to disrupt its functionality, access it using unauthorized methods, or use it to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or that violates the rights of others.
The App utilizes Google Firebase App Check to maintain service security and prevent unauthorized automated scraping or infrastructure abuse. Any attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with these verification protocols is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
The App is intended solely for personal study and NCLEX exam preparation. It is not a substitute for professional medical education, clinical training, or licensed healthcare advice.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Account Deletion:
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings section of the App. Upon deletion, your account data will be permanently removed in accordance with applicable law.
All flashcard content within the App is created and curated by Tussna for NCLEX preparation purposes. You may not copy, extract, reproduce, or distribute flashcard content outside the App without prior written permission.
The App includes a feature allowing users to submit corrections or feedback on individual flashcards ("Card Diagnostic Reports"). By submitting a report, you grant Tussna a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, implement, and distribute your feedback to modify or improve the core course material without compensation to you.
Any attempt to exploit the reporting feature—including sending automated spam, flooding the database endpoint, or spoofing payload data—is a material violation of these Terms.
Your core study data — including progress, weak card history, streaks, and Quick Exam results — is stored locally on your device. We do not access or transmit this data.
AI-assisted study features are designed to support your preparation. Results such as weak card identification and exam performance are indicative only and do not guarantee exam success.
Tussna offers a free tier and a premium subscription. The following features are available to subscribers only:
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store payment information and are not responsible for billing disputes. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

The App, including its design, flashcard content, features, and functionality, is owned by Tussna and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App or its content without prior written permission.

Your use of the App may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the actions, data handling, or failures of third-party services.
Tussna is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) or any official NCLEX examination body.
Flashcard content is provided for educational purposes only. Passing the NCLEX requires comprehensive preparation beyond any single study tool. We make no guarantees regarding exam outcomes.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of study data, subscription access, or any exam-related outcomes.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease and any active subscription benefits may be removed, except where prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes occur, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, they may be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
